A piece of dishware of highly detailed 1940-1949 pastel pattern from Homer Laughlin called the English Regency is what created this beautiful pendant. The pendant is Tiffany Method soldered around both the front and back side and then given a black patina which paired with the 17" faux pearl chain makes the antique factor of this pendant stunning. There is a hint of the makers mark showing on the back side.
About the faux pearls: These are Roman brand vintage costume pearls from 1973. Brand ran in commerce between 1953-1998. The fashion designer owner was based out of St. Louis, MO. This was a highly sought brand. Roman produced bijoux skillfully imitating expensive jewelry. Collectors of vintage costume jewelry appreciate excellent quality of materials which has always distinguished Roman jewelry.
